In this drawing, I was trying to capture a beautiful walk I had taken through Helston in early spring. The morning mist clings to the landscape like a shroud, softening the world; even the sounds are muffled. In this stillness, time feels as thin as the mist itself, transparent and fragile. As I walk, the barrier between the present and the centuries past seems to dissolve, leaving me in a moment that could belong to any era.

Original Artwork -
If you purchase an original painting or drawing, you will receive a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted or drawn artwork created and signed by Alice Hole.
Large original artwork will be carefully packaged and sent via courier. This should take a maximum of 1-2 weeks in the UK; however, processing times may be longer outside the UK. I will be in touch to keep you updated on the expected delivery date.
Small to medium-sized original, unframed artwork will be posted to you flat, well-packaged, and should arrive within 1-2 weeks (longer outside the UK).
Signed Prints -
If you purchase a signed print, you will be receiving an unframed, high-quality print on Innova Etching Cotton Rag 315 gsm. It will be titled and signed by Alice Hole in the bottom right-hand corner within the white border.
Please note that the image size does not include the white border surrounding it, so please allow for this when framing.
Signed prints will be well-packaged, sent flat, and dispatched within 3-4 working days from the date of placing the order. Please allow 1 week from ordering for delivery. Additional time may be required for overseas shipments.
